About this role
A member of the EMEAI Subscription Management (Renewals and Conversions) team responsible for renewing Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers in Germany. The role focuses on protecting and growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through timely renewals, upsell opportunities, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. You will work within an international team based across Bucharest, Barcelona and Munich to ensure high customer satisfaction and accurate revenue booking.
