Senior Superintend I

The Beck Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead medium-sized or large-scale commercial construction projects valued between $25 million and $50 million. This role involves organizing field work, managing safety compliance, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with project managers to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. The successful candidate will oversee construction teams, implement Lean practices, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
