The Senior Supervisor, Mine Operations leads and oversees mine operating crews at Elk Valley Resources, coordinating with maintenance, engineering and processing teams to support long-term operational goals. The role is based in Sparwood, BC and follows a rotating 4x4 days and nights schedule. The position reports to the Superintendent and represents a senior onsite leadership role within the mine operations organization.
