Lucid is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer to drive best-in-class product quality for Chassis Systems throughout the development and industrialization process. This high-visibility role requires technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, balancing design innovation with robust manufacturing. The position plays a key role in developing Chassis Systems at supplier sites to ensure the success of Lucid programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage APQP processes with suppliers from design through mass production
Lead design reviews and ensure manufacturing needs are considered in chassis systems design
Drive engineering design change activities and track Tier supplier compliance
