About this role

The Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Composites plays a key role in enabling the development and production flow of Anduril's critical supply base. This position involves working closely with internal engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing departments, as well as directly with suppliers, to execute effective supply chain strategies and achieve production goals. The role focuses on expediting the qualification and implementation of product designs, optimizing them for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own and manage composites commodities to execute supplier production strategies
Vet suppliers' production capabilities and ensure adherence to part quality criteria
Drive product and process improvements to lower part cost and reduce supply risk
