About this role

The Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer will lead the qualification and implementation of product designs with suppliers, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and cost throughout the product lifecycle. This role works closely with internal engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams as well as suppliers, traveling to key sites to solve high‑stakes challenges and drive production readiness and ramp‑up.

Responsibilities

Own and manage mechanical fabrication commodity strategy across business lines
Vet suppliers' production capabilities and approve for inclusion in supplier list
Lead new production tooling and line development at supplier sites
Drive capacity expansion readiness and production ramp‑up at suppliers
Identify and implement process and product improvements to reduce cost and risk
