About this role

The Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Mechanical plays a key role in enabling the development and production flow of Anduril’s critical supply base by working closely with internal teams and suppliers. This position focuses on expediting the qualification and implementation of product designs, optimizing them for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout the product lifecycle. The role involves managing mechanical fabrication commodities, driving process improvements, and ensuring supplier readiness for production ramp-up.

Responsibilities

Own and manage mechanical fabrication commodities to execute supplier production strategies
Vet supplier production capabilities and support supplier quality engineers
Drive product and process improvements to lower part cost and reduce supply risk
