Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, Global Material Transitions

Watlow is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead global direct material transfers between suppliers and plants, evaluating and auditing new suppliers while managing the approval and release of new materials across multiple projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop supplier capabilities, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality processes. The position requires up to 50% domestic and international travel and reports to the Senior Supplier Quality Engineering Manager.
