A Synthesis Senior CAD Engineer at NVIDIA leads the development of advanced RTL to PNR tools and flows for high-speed communication devices. This role involves designing sophisticated synthesis methodologies, developing scalable automation scripts, and collaborating with front-end and place-and-route teams to optimize Power, Performance, and Area. As a subject matter expert, you will provide deep-dive debugging, formal training, and define industry-leading development processes.

Responsibilities

Design and refine sophisticated Synthesis flows to meet Power Performance and Area objectives
Develop robust Tcl and Python scripts to improve production flow turnaround time
Partner with Front-End Design and Place and Route teams to resolve systemic execution gaps
Provide deep-dive debugging of complex tool failures and formal synthesis training
Define boundaries and bridge gaps between upstream and downstream development teams
