About this role

As an Agile Systems Engineering Leader, you will guide high-performing teams to modernize the systems engineering ecosystem and champion model-based engineering. This role involves setting the vision for digital solutions, collaborating across disciplines, and leading the implementation of MBSE toolchains to accelerate digital transformation in aerospace and defense. You will manage complex initiatives from concept through sustainment while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize the systems engineering ecosystem
Define features and prioritize backlogs within an Agile Release Train
Implement and optimize an MBSE toolchain and Test Management solutions
Drive enterprise-level tool modernization efforts and data migrations
Review and develop SysML-based MBSE artifacts for product lifecycle management
