Senior System Specialist (L3)

The Senior System Specialist (L3) is a senior technical role responsible for maintaining the stability, high availability, and performance of Cyncly's critical production infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. Serving as the primary Level 3 escalation point, the engineer utilizes deep systems knowledge to proactively resolve complex incidents, manage monitoring systems, and lead maintenance projects. The position requires strict adherence to ITIL processes and expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and cloud service models.
