Senior Systems Engineer - Autonomy Behavior

As a Senior Autonomy Behavior Systems Engineer, you will define and validate how an autonomous vehicle behaves in the real world, owning behavior areas from requirements through simulation evaluation and release recommendation. This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, software validation, simulation, and safety to turn product and safety goals into clear behavior definitions and testable requirements. You will evaluate behavior across diverse conditions and partner with teams to assess readiness for release and launch decisions.
