Senior System Engineer - EUC at Progressive Leasing responsible for managing macOS endpoints using Jamf Pro, supporting Windows endpoints with Intune, and ensuring secure, efficient endpoint management.

Responsibilities

Administer and enhance macOS endpoint management using Jamf Pro, including policies, profiles, scripting, patching, inventory, reporting, and application deployment.
Design and support zero-touch and remote macOS deployment workflows, covering automated provisioning, enrollment, configuration, and user-ready handoff.
Package, deploy, update, and lifecycle-manage macOS applications and operating systems while minimizing end-user disruption.
Support Windows endpoint management via Intune, Entra ID, and ConnectWise Automate, including compliance policies, application deployment, remediation, and reporting.
Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
