Senior Systems Engineer

Kraken Kinetics is seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer to support the development and maturation of advanced defense products within a fast-moving engineering organization. The role involves translating customer and operational needs into clear system requirements, interfaces, and verification strategies while working directly across mechanical, electrical, firmware, test, and manufacturing functions. Additionally, the position provides technical mentorship to less-experienced personnel and helps establish practical systems engineering practices and requirements management processes using Jama Connect.
