About this role

The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the Scrum Master for an agile team focused on system performance analysis and verification for the AN/TPY-2 missile defense radar. This onsite role in Woburn, MA, requires a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret security clearance to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and support technical assessments. The position involves coaching engineering teams, managing cross-team dependencies, and performing requirements verification and trade studies.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned
Remove impediments such as blocked tasks, missing requirements, and tool issues while protecting the team
Support system performance assessment activities including threat evaluation and scenario development
