About this role

RTX's Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for the future development and testing of avionics systems for commercial aircraft. Based in Melbourne, Florida, this onsite role involves strategic staffing, performance management, and technical contributions to systems engineering concepts and avionics equipment. The manager will develop multiyear staffing plans, support bid and proposal efforts, and apply advanced systems engineering V methodologies to innovative future projects.
