Senior Talent Partner (fixed-term)

The Senior Talent Partner serves as a sparring partner and contact person for leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit. This role empowers managers to own their hiring processes, coaches leaders to become strong role models, and drives an AI-first approach to HR by integrating automation and new use cases. The position is a fixed-term role covering parental leave for approximately one year.
