The Senior Tax Research Administrator serves as a subject matter expert in multi-state payroll tax compliance, responsible for the advanced research, reconciliation, and resolution of complex federal, state, and local payroll tax notices. This role acts as a mentor and quality champion for lower-level analysts while working directly with tax agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to mitigate liability exposure and ensure service level adherence. The position plays a critical role in improving quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence within the Tax Research function.
