Senior Team Leader Quality Control

The Senior Team Leader Quality Control will establish and lead the quality control laboratory at dsm-firmenich's new Collecchio site, ensuring accurate and timely product release while maintaining high standards for methods, equipment, safety, and data integrity. This role involves leading the QC team, coordinating laboratory capacity and testing priorities, and building efficient laboratory practices from the start. The position plays a key role in establishing the laboratory's analytical and sensory capabilities during the site start-up phase.
