The Senior Technical Advisor - Laboratory Services provides strategic and technical leadership to strengthen laboratory systems and services for HIV, TB, and Malaria programs in Nigeria. The role involves ensuring laboratory services align with national policies and donor requirements while implementing quality management systems and diagnostic network optimization. This position focuses on building sustainable institutional capacity within the indigenous prime partner through capacity strengthening and data-driven continuous quality improvement.

Provide strategic technical oversight for laboratory components of HIV, TB, and Malaria programs
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of laboratory Quality Management Systems
Mentor laboratory managers and personnel while building sustainable institutional capacity
