About this role

This role serves as the senior technical authority for Drive Unit manufacturing processes, overseeing process architecture, validation, and launch readiness for powertrain operations. The position is responsible for ensuring safe, capable, and sustainable manufacturing while driving yield, quality, and cost improvements. The role also focuses on mentoring technical teams and building local Saudi national capabilities in a greenfield launch environment.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end drive unit manufacturing process flows and specifications
Lead equipment validation, APQP, PPAP, and launch readiness activities
Drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and warranty claim resolution
