Senior Technical Lead – R&D Laboratories

The role is responsible for leading Laboratory Systems within Takeda R&D Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) to enable scientific innovation through robust, compliant lab computing solutions. The position combines strategic technical leadership and business analysis to define requirements, drive system implementations, and act as Process Owner for laboratory systems in Japan. It involves partnering with scientists, global stakeholders, and IT teams to establish standards, optimize lab operating models, and support R&D drug discovery and development initiatives.
