About this role

This role involves owning and driving the evolution of Equinix's next-generation Operational Data Store and Distributed Order Fulfillment Platform. As a highly technical Product Manager, you will lead strategy for high-throughput data pipelines and API layers that connect cloud infrastructure with business orchestration systems. The focus is on platform engineering without a user interface, serving engineering teams and architects globally.

Responsibilities

Define roadmap for scalable real-time and batch data pipelines feeding the ODS
Partner with architects to leverage cloud-native big data technologies
Design and implement Identity and Access Management principles at the API layer
Propose and enforce robust API contracts using REST gRPC or GraphQL
Validate system behavior directly via API endpoints using tools like Postman or cURL
