About this role

Lightmatter is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate the engineering effort for its AI and Chiplet Interconnect silicon hardware products. The role oversees planning, scheduling, and execution across silicon design, packaging, assembly, and test phases, working closely with cross‑functional engineering teams and leadership to manage milestones, risks, and quality.
