Responsibilities

Drive planning and execution of multiple technical programs spanning infrastructure and data architecture
Facilitate agile delivery across squads using the Spotify model to ensure team alignment
Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and compliance teams to ensure outcome ownership
Translate organizational priorities into actionable execution plans with clear risk mitigation strategies
Establish standard documentation templates and dashboards to improve delivery predictability and visibility
