KoBold is hiring a recruiter to lead a rapid, company-defining expansion of data science and engineering talent, sourcing and closing specialized technical hires (e.g., Applied Scientist, Staff Data Scientist). The role partners with senior leadership to shape talent strategy and represents KoBold’s employee and equity value proposition. This is a full-time, remote position supporting hiring across the United States and Canada.
