Senior Technical Recruiter

This role leads end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, director-level, and business-critical positions across Commercial, Operations, and Support functions. The Senior Technical Recruiter partners with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, executes targeted sourcing for hard-to-find talent, and manages the full recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiations. The position also involves coaching Talent Acquisition colleagues, optimizing recruitment workflows, and ensuring data accuracy within Greenhouse.
