The Senior Technical Specialist, PPS will lead the quality assurance programme for pharmaceuticals, medical, laboratory and diagnostic commodities, ensuring commodity security across the health supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Pooled Procurement Services, the role involves developing policies, conducting medicine utilisation reviews, and providing technical advice to member states and committees.
The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) is an inter‑governmental organisation dedicated to advancing regional integration and cooperation among Eastern Caribbean governments. Through its Secretariat the OECS coordinates policy harmonization, economic and social development initiatives, and technical assistance in areas such as trade, health, disaster resilience and sustainable development. It provides a forum for member states to design shared services, build capacity, and mount collective responses to climate and economic shocks. The OECS’s goal is deeper economic integration, stronger public services and enhanced regional resilience and governance.
