The Senior Technical Specialist, SHE provides continuous safety, health and environmental coverage for manufacturing shifts and serves as the primary SHE contact during assigned hours. The role acts as an independent, technically strong EHS resource who interprets regulations, supports site compliance, and collaborates with site leadership and global functions. It ensures effective contractor safety oversight, field verification, hazard mitigation, and continuity across shifts.
