Senior Technical Supply Chain Manager, Satellite Hardware

Reflect Orbital is seeking a Senior Technical Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end supply chain for satellite flight hardware, from prototype through production. This hands-on role involves sourcing suppliers, managing long-lead parts, negotiating contracts, and building material-readiness visibility directly alongside engineering and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will drive technical sourcing decisions, resolve supply blockers, and establish operating systems to ensure parts arrive on time for spacecraft builds.
