About this role

The Senior Technical Support Engineer will handle the most complex and high-priority customer cases, acting as the escalation point for the frontline support team. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and SRE teams to resolve advanced technical issues and participate in incident response and post-incident reviews. The position is based in Tel Aviv and supports teams across EMEA and Israel, contributing to knowledge base improvements and mentoring other support engineers.
