About this role

Halcyon is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join its distributed, remote-native support team and act as a senior escalation point for customers. The role supports customers across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms and collaborates closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Threat Response teams to resolve issues and address emerging threats. The position requires working a Sunday through Thursday shift and contributing to product stability through analysis and documentation.
