About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer with deep expertise in Ethernet networking and AI infrastructure to serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers. This highly visible, customer-facing role involves owning complex technical investigations and critical escalations within large-scale data center and AI environments. The position requires strong hands-on troubleshooting skills combined with excellent customer communication and technical leadership to resolve issues and improve products.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complex issues involving Ethernet networking and AI infrastructure
Own critical customer issues from initial response through resolution
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate field findings into product improvements
