About this role

The Senior Technical Trainer – Robotics & PLC Automation delivers and scales hands-on technical training programs to build plant capability in Fanuc, ABB, and Kawasaki robotic systems, PLC programming, and automated manufacturing equipment troubleshooting. This role serves as the organization’s lead technical trainer, developing standardized training pathways and supporting new automation launches to reduce downtime. The position ensures operators, technicians, and maintenance teams have the skills to safely program, support, and improve automated production systems across all plants.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on technical training for Fanuc, ABB, and Kawasaki robotic systems
Develop and scale PLC programming and industrial controls training programs
Build structured technical learning pathways and certification programs for plant teams
