The Senior Technical Trainer delivers and maintains special process training for IPC J STD 001 with Space Addendum and NASA STD 8739.1, ensuring operators and inspectors are certified for flight hardware work. This role leads the Stellant Learning Center by conducting structured training for core competencies like ESD Control and FOD Prevention. The position serves as the company's primary authority for soldering, harness, and inspection workmanship instruction while managing certification records and curriculum development.
