The role focuses on converting complex technical knowledge into clear, actionable documentation, runbooks, and training materials to enable consistent 24x7 global operations. This position partners with various engineering, security, and operations teams to establish a single source of truth for incident resolution and service readiness.

Responsibilities

Create SOPs, runbooks, workflows, and architecture diagrams for global operations
Build knowledge transfer packages and training materials for US-India handoffs
Govern Confluence knowledge base and facilitate stakeholder workshops
