Senior Tendering & Contracts Manager

The Senior Tendering & Contracts Manager leads the preparation, evaluation, and submission of competitive MEP tenders, ensuring technical compliance, accurate cost estimation, commercial viability, and effective contractual risk management. This role involves managing the complete tendering cycle, preparing detailed cost estimates, and reviewing contractual terms to identify and mitigate risks. The position requires coordination with internal teams, developers, consultants, and suppliers, as well as providing value engineering proposals and maintaining proficiency in FIDIC 1999 standards.
