Senior Test Architect

As a Senior Test Architect at Capgemini, you serve as the subject matter expert in testing, quality engineering, and test automation, helping leading organizations in the public and private sectors build future-proof quality strategies. You act as a thought leader and sparring partner for clients, architects, and development teams, analyzing their context to design appropriate test architectures and advise on quality engineering, test strategies, and tooling. The role involves translating client goals into scalable, future-proof testing approaches while positioning testing within Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments. You will also guide teams in implementing new testing solutions, share knowledge through coaching and training, and support innovation in quality engineering and AI-assisted testing.
