About this role

The role develops, optimizes, and maintains automated and semi-automated test systems for PCBAs and high-voltage assemblies, acting as the technical bridge between design engineering and production. It is a hands-on position focused on enabling higher first-pass yield, faster iteration, and safe repeatable test execution, reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with design and test teams. The position is onsite in Everett, WA and supports deployment of test systems both internally and at contract manufacturers.
