About this role

The Senior Test & Integration System Engineer will support integration, verification, and validation of airborne electro‑optical and infrared (EO/IR) focal plane array sensor systems, developing test plans and executing product test activities across engineering and production builds. The role collaborates with multi‑disciplinary teams, operations, and manufacturing to ensure efficient product flow, actionable metrics, and high yield.

Responsibilities

Support integration, verification and validation of EO/IR sensor systems
Develop and execute test plans for engineering and production builds
Assist the Test Architect in designing and implementing test architecture
Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to improve product flow and yield
Provide actionable metrics to minimize cycle time and maximize yield
