Senior Thermal Design Engineer

The Thermal Engineer will lead detailed thermal design and analysis for spacecraft subsystems, performing component- and vehicle-level thermal studies and driving thermal management strategy. The role includes developing models, supporting thermal test campaigns (including TVAC and thermal cycling), and working cross-functionally with mechanical, avionics, and GNC teams. This position is at a Series B space startup building large, high-powered satellite platforms and involves translating vendor/launcher inputs into thermal requirements.
