About this role
The PELM PMO Partner will lead the PMO for the Product Experience & Lifecycle Management transformation at the LEGO Group, helping craft governance, processes and tooling to support implementation. The role partners with PELM leadership, finance and Strategy & Transformation to drive prioritisation, budgeting and programme planning while communicating status to senior stakeholders. It involves leading a team of project managers and ensuring alignment across workstreams to deliver the transformation.
