Senior Trader - Green Coffee (Southeast and Central Asia)

Sucafina is seeking a commercially sharp trader to own the sales book for Southeast and Central Asia, managing a full P&L, physical and futures positions, and regional client relationships. The role involves setting commercial strategy to grow volume and margin, building trusted partnerships with roasters and distributors, and leading the regional logistics and execution team. This position requires deep expertise in green coffee markets, quality assessment, and risk management across key global origins.
