About this role
The Senior Training & Capacity Building Advisor leads strategy to strengthen and expand abortion care by designing, advancing, and sustaining training and capacity-building programs for providers and direct support people. The role brings a reproductive justice lens to partnerships with provider networks, health systems, and movement organizations, represents the organization externally, and contributes to program development and learning. The position reports to the Director of the US Program and collaborates with the broader Ipas global network.
