Senior Training Specialist

Under general direction, this role conducts comprehensive analyses and assessments of training needs, identifies competency gaps, and designs and implements customized training programs to develop employee skills aligned with the City's core values. The position requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve organizational training objectives.
