Senior Transaction Counsel

The Senior Transaction Counsel will serve as a trusted legal advisor for a vertically integrated commercial real estate investment firm, focusing on the legal aspects of acquiring, developing, and managing light industrial and R&D assets. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role involves managing complex transactions from origination through disposition, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures. The position requires providing practical legal guidance to senior leadership and business teams while overseeing outside counsel and internal legal operations.
