Senior Transactional Paralegal

A Senior Transactional Paralegal provides substantive support to transactional-focused groups, including Corporate, Real Estate, and Infrastructure, throughout all phases of sophisticated commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. The role involves independently managing multiple complex matters, coordinating transaction execution and closing logistics, and maintaining detailed corporate records and regulatory filings. This position requires close collaboration with attorneys, clients, and third parties to facilitate transactions from inception through post-closing activities.
