About this role
The Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is a dedicated business acceleration team within Vanguard’s Enterprise Strategy and Transformation division that drives execution rigor for the firm’s enterprise-wide initiatives. The team partners with finance, embeds with large initiatives to provide integration and management support, and runs the enterprise management system to allocate capital and drive accountability. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how strategy translates into measurable outcomes across the firm.
