Acrisure is seeking a Senior Transportation BI Claims Adjuster to independently manage high-volume litigated and non-litigated bodily injury claims involving long-haul trucking and commercial transportation. The role requires investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving complex claims while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate documentation. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience handling trucking exposures and the ability to mentor less experienced team members in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume transportation bodily injury claims from assignment to resolution
Investigate and evaluate liability and damages for trucking exposures
Negotiate settlements and coordinate with defense counsel on litigated files
Maintain accurate documentation within the claims management system
Mentor less experienced team members and provide claims handling guidance
