About this role

The Senior Treasury Analyst supports UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement's financial stewardship by managing debt compliance, tax filings, treasury operations, and investment reporting. This hybrid role involves partnering with internal finance, accounting, and legal teams, as well as external advisors, to execute strategic financial initiatives. The position requires maintaining compliance calendars, supporting financing transactions, and preparing governance materials for leadership and board committees.

Responsibilities

Monitor debt agreements and coordinate post-issuance compliance for tax-exempt and taxable debt
Assist with federal, state, and local tax filings including Forms 990 and regulatory filings
Support treasury operations including banking administration, cash management, and liquidity monitoring
